All sale are Final Unless any medical Occurrences happen or are Found within the first 30 days of Purchase By a Licensed DVM.  

We do offer medical reimbursement (ONLY including First round of Medication) Again after Gaurantee is activated within the first 7 days of purchase.

We do NOT cover Vaccinations, Groomings as well as spay/neuter surgeries. 

30 Day Health Guarantee For all pups with Veterinarian Proof of taking your pet to the vet within the first 7 days of purchase to activate 30 day health guarantee. Anything after 7 days is unfort not cover by PETALS DACHSHUNDS

We do advise if you live in a rented Facility to please check with the owner/landlord/Gov assistance that you’re able to have a pet. 

We DO NOT refund for housing faults , Allergies or Dislike of the animal.
We are happy to take the pet back without a Refund. 

By purchasing a puppy from PETALS DACHSHUNDS you are Agreeing NOT to resell , upselling, Breed pet without prior agreement with breeding contract or relinquish the pet to a shelter. All puppies MUST be returned to PETALS DACHSHUNDS unless discussed other wise. By purchasing any puppy from  you are Legally binding to this FAQ/Pet contract. 

BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION AND WILL BE ENFORCEABLE IN THE COURT OF LAW!
